Guavaberry Liqueur
Guavaberry is the legendary folk liqueur of the colorful Franco Dutch Saint-Martin/ Sint Maarten where it has been made in private homes for hundreds of years. It is an integral and cherished part of Sint Maarten’s cosmopolitan culture. There are folk songs and stories about it.
Guavaberry is made from rums and the wild berries from which it gets its name. The fruit is found high in the warm hills in the centre of the island. Guava berries are not like guavas. The mature liqueur has a woody, fruity, spicy, bitter-sweet flavor all of its own. Collectors snap up the bottle art. Find gift packs galore, hand blown glass flasks.

Local Handmade Ceramic Plates
Each ceramic piece is handmade, using the traditional technique of hand-painted enamel. Dipped in high quality enamel, each ceramic plate retains its own authenticity. Slight imperfections or tiny irregularities verify this irreplaceable hand craft work. The design “La Case Creole” shows the traditional way of living in the Caribbean Islands. The house called “case” includes one or two rooms, the kitchen being set usually outside the house.
Around the plate are a flowered balcony and a wooden decorated lace, set on the West Indian roof’s border, called gingerbread. Other designs are available as well as different sizes.
